$20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Labor and Deburr Specialists. These roles play a key part in supporting shop operations and ensuring quality standards. No prior experience is necessary, training will be provided, and opportunities for growth are available.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials, operate a large saw, maintain a safe work environment, and support shop cleanliness and yard organization.
• Handle and finish parts to meet specifications, learn about machining processes, and gain skills to advance into other positions.
• Maintain safety standards and follow shop procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• No experience required, training provided
